This was a tough one. You're right in that most online funny picture
galleries are not updated very often if at all. I've done my best to
answer your question by finding galleries that had some indication as
to the last time they were updated. It was a long and tough search,
but I was very well entertained while doing it!

Dribblegrass has humor photos of all different types. Also lots more

Updates have not been frequent, but the log shows that it was last
updated 1 month ago. Has photos and cartoons. In addition, the

Web site anyone of any age will enjoy." This was written on July 1st.

The Funny Pages looks like a lot of fun! They post a picture and
invite participants to vote on the best caption for the picture. The
winner gets some type of prize. It claims to post pictures almost
every day, though the archives of the winner list at [

were posted in June and 12 in July of this year.

I found a web site called "Really Dumb Stuff" which has some recently
posted funny pictures (August 5th), but would also be good for a funny
web site about people doing stupid things.
Finally, the website which is the absolute king of stupidity is

Awards is a long list of people who are so stupid that they
(thankfully) removed themselves from the gene pool (or at least made a
very solid attempt to do so).
